Chemical free water treatment for better quality water

Our Australian water treatment system using powerful magnets to treat salinity, scale, algae and corrosion is giving farmers better quality water for stock and irrigation, improved reliability of reticulated watering systems and peace of mind.

DELTAwater solutions has been manufacturing water treatment conditioners since 1993 with our products ranging from small pipes, clamp-on water treatment to large-pipe flanged units. We also manufacture heavy duty conditioners using the strongest magnets available for previously unusable water supplies with extremely high mineral content.

Once installed, DELTAwater conditioners become a permanent part of the water system and do not require further inputs. There are no restrictions on flow and they treat unlimited volumes of water.

They don’t require power, batteries, replacement parts and don’t need to be cleaned out. The conditioners are built for tough conditions and can be buried or installed at any angle.

After testing the problem water through our water advisory service, DELTAwater LABS, the Newcastle-based company analyses the farm’s water supply set-up and designs a farm-wide water treatment plan.

Stock watering systems

One NSW cattle farmer who did a major upgrade of their water system, had calcium carbonate blockage in their new pipes within 18 months. At its worst they had an inch and a half pipe completely blocked.

DELTAwater designed a farm-wide treatment system for their tanks, pipes, troughs and irrigation, starting with the worst pipe with the biggest scale problem.

In the first month, with the combination of the DELTA treatment and regular flushing, the calcium’s white powder and small flakes could be seen coming through the pipe. They had very little trouble after that.

Irrigators are also getting the benefit of better quality water after DELTAwater treatment. Salty irrigation bore water hinders growth of crops and pastures and causes a buildup of salt in soils.

Annual soil tests show that DELTA-treated water results in a permanent reduction of soil EC, sodium and chloride.
